Parade Vendor


Any person who engages in the temporary business of selling or offering for sale any merchandise in conjunction with a parade in the City.

1. Identify the name and date of the parade.

2. Supply a list of all vendors selling merchandise for the primary vendor.

3. Provide proof of compliance with the Nevada Secretary of State located at 555 East Washington Avenue, Suite 5200, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. 4. The application for a Parade Vendor permit must be submitted at least three working days prior to the parade. Present proof of all items listed above to the City of Las Vegas, Business Licensing Division located at 333 N. Rancho Drive, Las Vegas NV 89106.

5. Fees due at the time of application submittal are based on the number of individual parade vendors ($10.00 per vendor). In addition, a one time per application processing fee of $50.00 will be assessed. Make checks payable to CITY OF LAS VEGAS LICENSE.

6. The parade vendor permit will be issued upon approval from the manager of Business Licensing Division.
