A four-wheeled bicycle that is capable of transporting five or more passengers, steered by an operator who is not a passenger, and is powered by more than one person, whether operator or passenger and with the optional assistance of an electric motor.

Provide proof of compliance with the Nevada Department of Taxation located at 700 E Warm Springs Road, 2nd Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119. Proof of compliance with any and all applicable Department of Motor Vehicle requirements as well as any and all applicable requirements from the State of Nevada Transportation Authority. 3. Provide a copy of a policy and certificate of insurance of coverage for comprehensive general public liability in the amount of 1 million dollars, combined single limit, with an excess general aggregate policy of 2 million dollars. Coverage under this policy shall include as a minimum the following: premises/operation, independent contractors, bodily injury, property damage, products/completed operation, contractual liability and operation of pedicab and/or operation of pedalbus, whichever is appropriate for each specific license. Insurance coverage shall be issued by a carrier authorized to issue such coverage in the State of Nevada and approved by the Director. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the Department prior to the issuance of a business license. Any coverage provided shall also contain a provision that the cancellation, or material change in coverage, of the insurance provided under this section shall not become effective until the City has been given thirty days prior written notification. The city shall be named as an additional insured party.

4. 30 days prior to commencing business, apply on-line at https://www.lasvegasnevada.gov/dashboard.

5. Fees due at time application is submitted are based on the number of units. ($50.00 processing fee + $300.00 per unit). Make checks payable to CITY OF LAS VEGAS.

6. Business license applications are sent to the Planning Department and Fire Department for review and inspection, if applicable. Upon approval from these agencies and completion of all items listed above, the Business Licensing Division will issue your business license.
