Beer/Wine/Cooler cultural event on-sale
Undertaking a business engaged in the selling and/or serving of alcohol or alcohol related products within the corporate limits of the city of Las Vegas requires a privilege license. Such licenses are granted when all requirements are met and the Las Vegas City Council approves the venture. Be advised that background investigations are required for principals with suitability approval averaging from three to six months.
