Craft Distillery


A craft distillery alcohol beverage license authorizes the manufacture and sale of craft distilled beverages produced at an establishment for on and off premise consumption as allowed under NRS 369 and NRS 597.235. The licensee may hold additional alcohol beverage licenses that enable the sale of alcoholic beverages not manufactured by the establishment if doing so does not conflict with Nevada State Law.

1. Confirm the proposed business location is within the Las Vegas city limits and properly zoned for this activity, if applicable. 2. Provide proof of compliance with the Nevada Secretary of State located at 2250 Las Vegas Boulevard North, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030. 4. 90 days prior to commencing business, apply on-line at https://www.lasvegasnevada.gov/dashboard.

5. Fees due at time application is submitted are $5100 ($5000 liquor application fee + $100 processing fee). License fees $1,200 due in advance semiannually. Additional license fees will apply based the overall business activities.

6. Business license applications are sent to the Planning Department and Fire Department for review and inspection, if applicable Undertaking a business engaged in the selling and/or serving of alcohol or alcohol related products within the corporate limits of the City of Las Vegas requires a privilege license. Such license may be granted when all requirements are met. Be advised that most licenses require a background investigation for the principals of the business with suitability approvals averaging six to nine months.
